Sellers are understandably frustrated at the potential hits they have to take and buyers are frustrated over the quality of inventory. Those who speak of the 'bargains' are missing the point. Unless I'm an investor, it's not a bargain if I have to sink a lot of money to make it into what I need to be or if it's a property I won't be happy in.
